The activaAir BP5010 Blow In System is designed for use with the Basic BP4000 and Power BP5000 activaAir Air Cushion Machines.
This automated device lifts Air Cushions and Quilts into a suspended drip tray to enable the packaging of goods to take place from a suspended height, speeding up the packaging process and helping reduce back strain on workers.
The Cushion or Quilt Film is guided through a shaft below and up into the collection basket, which is mounted at around 1.8 meters. The Cushions and Quilts can then be removed and processed through a slot in the lower section of the collection basket.
