activaPaper Voidfill Dispenser
An environmentally friendly desk-mounted dispenser for low-volume users.
The paper is pulled through the manual voidfill dispenser to the required length and separated using the perforated design with the paper. The single-ply fanfold paper blocks are made from 100% recycled material, 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
activaPaper Voidfill Systems
Semi-automatic and automatic voidfill systems, which cut and dispensers voidfill paper using single-ply fanfold paper blocks.
The PA2000 system will automatically dispense paper voidfill using a foot pedal and is removed by hand using the perforated paper design. This can produce up to 85m of paper voidfill per minute.
The PA4000 system offers three function settings for dispensing, which are pedal mode, single mode, or continuous – for bespoke control over the quantity and length of voidfill.
activaPaper Paper Cushion Systems
An environmentally friendly, low cost paper cushion system, which automatically produces paper pads using either single-ply or two-ply fanfold paper blocks.
These systems offer three function settings; automatic, single or continuous dispensing of paper pads. We have two machines depending on the thickness of the paper used.
PA4600 – uses 50gsm or 70gsm recycled paper.
PA5000 – uses 70gsm or 120gsm recycled paper.
activaAir Cushion Systems
activaAir Cushion Machines create efficient, on-demand, air pillow void fill from compact roll film. Compatible with polythene and innovative paper cushions rolls.
Our activaAir Air Cushion Machines can silently produce up to 27 metres of film per minute, and each feature a lightweight design that allows for the machines to be easily transported between packing stations in order to produce air cushions and quilts when required.
activaPaper Gummer Paper Tape Dispenser
Environmentally friendly, electric gummed paper tape dispenser.
The machine has a large capacity water tank to activate the gummed adhesive and can be used with standard or reinforced paper tape up to 70mm wide, with gummed side in (GSI) or gummed side out (GSO).
