The Complete Pallet Shrink Gun System includes a Standard Boxed Shrink Wrap Gun, Regulator Hose Failure Valve, 8 Metre Hose, Oil Bottle, and Instructions. Our Shrink Gun Systems helps improve load stability, and provides dust protection, pilferage deterrance, and weather protection. This system is strong, powerful, easy to operate, and comfortable to handle. The nozzle is protected by an integral heat shield whilst the propane gas flow helps to keep the burner cool.
Our Shrink Film Roll Dispenser has lockable castors for greater stability, expands up to 2 meters wide, and can hold and dispense up to 3 roll products simultaneously. Suitable for our Centre Fold Polythene Shrink Wrap, Shrink Film Pallet Covers, and Shrink Film Gusseted Tubing.
The Gas Cylinder Trolley securely holds a propane cyclinder to help create a highly mobile gas shrink system. This trolley safely stores the gas shrink gun at a convenient height to protect the gun from accidental damage, and to reduce the risk of injury from the hot nozzle.
Shrink Film Gusseted Tubing provides a quick and professional solution, and high presentation shrink wrapping for your pallets. Gusseted Tubing stabilises and protects your pallets in transit, and are supplied open ended on a roll. This Tubing can then be cut to length to ensure a sufficient length of film to seal the top.
The rolls that comes as part of this kit are suitable for Load Size 1200x1000mm.
We also offer kits using Shrink Film Pallet Covers, suitable for 1200x800mm, 1200x1000mm, and 1200x1200mm, all with a maximum Load Height of 1200mm
