Polypropylene strapping also known as plastic strapping is made from extruded polypropylene. This is a cost effective light and medium duty strapping to suit a range of packaging applications. Our range includes all you need for hand and machine strapping.

Hand Strapping

Polypropylene hand strapping comes on plastic reels, ideal for your everyday strapping needs. These can be used with our strapping dispensers allowing the user to be mobile. We offer these in 12mm or 16mm widths and 4 colours. You can showcase your brand with custom printed polypropylene hand strapping. 

Machine Strapping

Polypropylene machine strapping comes with a cardboard core, suitable for our semi-automatic and automatic strapping machines. These are available in 3 widths and come with more length meaning you won’t have to change them as often. Machine strapping can improve your warehouse efficiency and improves the overall presentation of your packages. We have polypropylene machine strapping available in 3 different widths and 2 colours. You can also have custom printed machine strapping, to feature your branding or warning messages.

Polypropylene Strapping Kits

We offer six Strapping Kits with Polypropylene Strapping, meaning those new to strapping needn't worry. These kits include all you need to get started including coils, dispensers seals and buckles. Three of our kits come with dispensers, whilst the other three come in our Box Kits for hand dispensing:

• Kit 1 - Static Strapping Dispenser, 12mm Tensioner, 12mm Sealer, 250 Seals, and a coil of Polypropylene Strapping.

• Kit 2 - Heavy Duty Mobile Strapping Dispenser, 12mm Tensioner, 12mm Sealer, 250 Seals, and a coil of Polypropylene Strapping 

• Kit 3 - Heavy Duty Mobile Strapping Dispenser, Combination Tool, 500 Seal, and a coil of Polypropylene Strapping.

• Kit 4 - 200 Plastic Buckles and a coil of Polypropylene Strapping

• Kit 5 - 250 Semi Open Seals and a coil of Polypropylene Strapping.   Ideal as a refill for Kit 6. REQUIRES TENSIONER AND SEALER. 

• Kit 6 - 12mm Tensioner, 12mm Sealer, 250 Seals, and a coil of Polypropylene Strapping.
